Are your helmet kits finished?

Products labeled as DIY helmet kits are raw 3D prints that may require sanding, filling, priming, painting and assembly. Finished helmets are identified separately. Read the individual listing before ordering.

What material do you use?

Many helmet kits are Printed in Black PLA. Material and print color can vary by product, so check the product description for the exact details.

Can the helmet be sized to fit my head?

Many listings offer sizes S through XL and Custom Size Available options. Use our helmet sizing guide and contact us before production if you need help.

Are visors, magnets and padding included?

Only the pieces specifically stated in the product listing are included. Do not assume that visor material, magnets, padding, electronics, straps or finishing supplies are included.

Why can I see print lines?

FDM printing builds an object layer by layer, so minor layer lines are normal on raw prints. DIY kits are intended for buyers who want to sand and finish the surface themselves.

Can I wear these for protection?

No. Bluesprints3D helmets are fan-made cosplay and display pieces and are not certified safety equipment.

How long will my order take?
