These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bluesprints3D website and your purchase of products from Bluesprints3D. By visiting the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Store and services

Bluesprints3D offers 3D-printed helmets, cosplay props, figures, printed accessories, sublimation products, credit card skins and related items. Some products are unfinished kits, made-to-order, custom-sized or personalized. Product listings identify the applicable materials, options, included pieces and finishing requirements.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services to you.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purposes, or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

3. Product information

We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, sublimation, 3D-printing and hand-finishing processes can cause reasonable differences between online previews and finished items. Visible print-layer lines can be present on unfinished 3D-printed kits.

Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, digital design files, tools, paints, adhesives and finishing supplies are not included.

4. Decorative products and safety

Cosplay helmets, props, figures, wall art and related products are decorative costume or display items. They are not certified protective equipment and must not be used for motorcycling, cycling, sports, impact protection, emergency work or any activity requiring safety-rated equipment. Customers are responsible for using, displaying, finishing and storing products appropriately.

5. Fan-made products

Products inspired by characters, teams or entertainment properties are fan-made collectibles. Bluesprints3D is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the owners of referenced trademarks, characters or franchises unless a product page expressly states otherwise. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, duplicate orders, shipping restrictions or information that cannot be verified. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, device-model, personalization and sizing information. Review all selections before submitting the order.

7. Custom sizing and personalization

Custom sizing is based on the measurements provided by the customer and is not an in-person fitting or a guarantee of a particular feel. Customers are responsible for checking and submitting accurate measurements, spelling, images, model selections and customization instructions.

When a customer submits artwork, text, logos or other content for customization, the customer confirms that they have the right to authorize its use for the requested order. The customer grants Bluesprints3D permission to reproduce that submitted content only as reasonably necessary to review, produce and fulfill the order.

8. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed costs are calculated during checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes do not affect an order already accepted except when required to correct an obvious error with the customer's agreement.

Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

9. Processing and shipping

Normal processing time is 3–5 business days unless a product listing or order communication states otherwise. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss and responsibility for carrier delivery are governed by applicable law and the carrier's documented delivery information.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund. Additional details appear in our Shipping and Processing Policy.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production starts, an order cannot be cancelled or changed for a change of mind. Eligible standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our policy.

Custom-sized, personalized, finished and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. Customers pay return shipping for approved standard returns. Review the complete Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy before ordering.

11. Intellectual property

The Bluesprints3D website, original branding, text, photographs, graphics and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Bluesprints3D and are protected by applicable laws. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit original website content without permission, except as permitted by law.

12. Reviews and communications

If you voluntarily submit a product review, comment or other non-confidential content for publication, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Bluesprints3D permission to display and format that content in connection with the store and its marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or unrelated to the product or service.

13. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, social platforms or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Bluesprints3D is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Products remain subject to any warranties, guarantees and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bluesprints3D will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms or customization content you submitted without necessary rights. This section does not require you to indemnify Bluesprints3D for its own unlawful conduct.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they reside. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.

18. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, services or legal requirements. Revised Terms take effect when posted with an updated date and apply prospectively. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and product information linked on the website, form the agreement governing website use and purchases. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
